Products purchased from us can be returned easily and cheaply at any InPost Parcel Locker
In our store, you don't have to worry about whether the selected size will fit or if it will meet your expectations in any other way. Thanks to our store's integration with InPost Parcel Lockers' cheap returns, you can shop without stress or concern that returning a purchased item will be a hassle.
According to applicable law, you have 30 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. So, if the product does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 30 days from the withdrawal date. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple returns creator, which gives you the option to send the return package via InPost Parcel Locker.
We have chosen InPost as our trusted partner for return shipments due to:
- Simple handling of returning goods to our store – you choose the item to return or to complain about, generate and print the label for the package, which you send at any InPost Parcel Locker in Poland (remember that the generated label is valid for 30 days);

Details regarding the return steps:

Log in to your account, then select the item you would like to return in the returns panel;

In the following steps, select return by clicking on the option "I will use the store's shipments" and choose the method in which you want to receive the refunded money;

Generate the return documents along with address labels, then print them and be sure to sign the return document;

Place the packed item along with the return document in the box for shipping and seal it well. You can use the box in which you received the ordered items. Head to any InPost Parcel Locker, where you can quickly and conveniently send the package, 24/7. Remember that the package dimensions cannot exceed 41 X 38 X 64 cm and a weight of 25 kg.

We will refund the money, in the form selected in the returns creator, within 30 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Usually, it takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide proof of its return.
The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
