RULES FOR USING PRODUCT PHOTOS

Tayma Watch Wholesale grants a free license to its own product photographs for partners who cooperate with Tayma Watch Wholesale under the following conditions:

Photographs that are the property of Tayma Watch Wholesale TAYMA can be used on your own website, in your store, advertisements, on another portal, on banners, and in catalogs for customers within Poland or another European country exclusively for the purpose of further resale of goods purchased from Tayma Watch Wholesale, or to present goods that will be purchased from Tayma after their sale.

In the case of using product photos owned by Tayma Watch Wholesale to sell products not purchased from Tayma Wholesale, or selling products using Tayma-owned photos while purchasing the product from another entity, the following price list will be applied automatically. In cases of significant violations of the licensing terms, penalty compensation and immediate notification to law enforcement will be applied. Downloading and using the photos is equivalent to accepting these terms.

Price List:

• Using photographs owned by TAYMA to gain financial benefits for entities/companies that do not cooperate with TAYMA:

• Offer x number of photographs x 100 PLN
• Using photos to sell goods with Tayma’s photos while purchasing the product from another entity:
  Each piece x number of photos used in the offer x 100 PLN for each sold product
  
• Penalty compensation: 50,000 PLN

In the event of detecting the use of photos owned by TAYMA in violation of the above license, invoices are sent automatically. Significant violations are notarized, and the violating entity is charged with notary fees and court costs.

There is also an option to purchase a license for product photos or to commission them. Interested parties are invited to contact us.
