Dropshipping is a modern model of cooperation between a wholesaler and a retail seller, where goods are delivered directly from the wholesaler to the end customer.

Cooperating with us in this model is a convenient and VERY BENEFICIAL form of collaboration for you in many aspects:

• you can immediately offer a very rich assortment without the need to invest your financial resources,
• therefore, the risk associated with an unsuccessful investment and unsold stock lies with the wholesaler,
• you also avoid high costs related to warehousing, hiring employees, renting space, etc.,
• the significant cost of product photos and descriptions is also covered by the wholesaler.

Practically, by having a computer and our support, you can start a serious business in just a few days, fully competing with large businesses.

STARTING COOPERATION

To start cooperation, registration with TAYMA watch wholesaler is required, along with providing confirmation of business activity.
Then you need to inform us of your interest in starting cooperation in the dropshipping model. You will receive a unique link to the product database, which should be imported into your store.
Order placement instructions are provided in the integration instructions section.

GENERAL TERMS OF COOPERATION

The cost of fulfilling a single order is 5 PLN (net). This is an averaged cost for preparing an individual shipment to the end customer and used materials (this fee does not apply in the standard cooperation model, where the seller invests their capital and bears the risk!). This cost is added to the shipping cost, which will be higher by this amount.

The currently available shipping methods are: Inpost parcel lockers or DPD courier - we suggest setting the same prices for your customers as in our store: shipping costs.

Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt) is not available.

A VAT invoice is issued for each single order and will be sent electronically.

We settle on a prepayment basis for each order or general prepayment towards your balance; a trade credit may be possible with regular cooperation - this can be arranged individually.

Return acceptance and product complaint handling is the responsibility of the seller - potential service at our wholesaler for used goods is subject to charges.

The seller is also responsible for providing the sales document (receipt, invoice) to the end customer.

INTEGRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Below is the integration instruction for connecting your store with our wholesaler, which will automate the entire dropshipping order handling process. These are the only possible forms of cooperation - fully automated in both directions.

1. For online stores on the IdoSell Shop platform (formerly IAI-Shop).

If you rely on full automation of IAI-Shop.com stores, then when handling dropshipping orders, as an online store owner, you will practically not have to do anything in terms of handling such orders.

This is what handling a dropshipping order looks like in an IAI-Shop.com online store

• the online store customer places an order,
• in the store’s admin panel, a new order appears, for which we automatically generate the order documents, such as a VAT invoice, and immediately send the invoice to the customer via email - also automatically,
• the customer pays for the order, the payment is recorded automatically, and we forward the order to the supplier (wholesaler) - again automatically, without store staff involvement,
• the supplier (wholesaler) fulfills and ships the order to the store's customer. At the same time, the wholesaler sends an automatic notification to the store that the order has been completed,
• in the store, based on the received notification, we update the shipment number, change the status to "shipped," and email the store's customer to let them know the package is on its way - also automatically.

That’s it, the order is complete, and you can wait for the next one. Sounds good, right? Furthermore, online stores and dropshipping wholesalers on IAI-Shop.com can exchange order information seamlessly without any additional work.

To make automation work, follow these integration steps:

1. We recommend integrating with our product database using the IAI Downloader program.

2. After importing the product catalog into your store, add our wholesaler as a new supplier; this can be done in the GOODS / Suppliers menu. A detailed guide is available here:

   To complete the setup, you will need an ICDF channel key - please contact us to receive it.
3. After successfully configuring the supplier, the final step is automating the order transmission process - set this up in the ADMINISTRATION / Process Automation / Dropshipping Order Automation menu. More information on this process is available in the link above.

From now on, every paid order with the status “awaiting delivery” will be forwarded to us. We will handle the shipment, and after the package is picked up by the carrier, the order status in your store will change to “shipped.” Additionally, the customer will automatically receive the tracking number at the contact email provided.

2. For online stores outside the IdoSell Shop platform.

1. The first step is integrating your store with our product database - once you receive the offer links from us, import them into your store. Any issues at this stage will prevent the completion of the integration.
2. To automate the dropshipping process, it is necessary to develop (on your own) software based on the ICDF protocol and CustomerAPI. Detailed documentation and guidance are available on the Idosell.com website, links below:

3. From now on, each paid order can be sent to us - this process can be automated according to the guidelines in the documentation above. We will handle the shipment, and after the package is picked up by the carrier, you will receive a notification of order fulfillment along with the tracking number.
